Hello!

I've been lurking for ages, I think it's about time I did something productive after all these hours of going through smut and having my loathing of RPS turned firmly on its head. XD

I'm B, I'm from Derby but now I'm living in north Wales, I'm 23, I write when my brain feels like working, I spend far too much time fiddling about in PSP with icons and journal layouts, Howard/Vince makes me happy in my soul, and I'm gayer than sin but I would run off and marry Julian Barratt in a SECOND. (Eating boundaries, right?) I love this community and everybody in it, HAPPY NEW YEAR, my resolution is to stop lurking round places and actually Do Stuff. So here goes.

How to set up:

1. Go to the edit profile page and make sure you've got a website set, because that's the bit the overrides work on. Just LJ or something, it doesn't matter what. It won't show up on your journal page, it's just so the overrides actually have something TO override. :D

2. Go to the customise page and set it for S1. LJ gets a bit pissy with you if you don't go with S2, but S1 is INFINITELY easier to customise. I think.

3. Set all four page views to Generator.

4. Choose Custom Colors and delete everything out the boxes.

5. Paste the following codes into Notepad and do the edit-replace thingy to replace YOURJOURNALNAME with... y'know, your actual journal name. Also, if you scroll down a bit you'll see there's a section in there for adding your own links and sidebar text - you have to do this four times so it shows up on your journal, your friendspage, the calendar view AND the day view, not just your journal page.

6. Copy and paste the personalised stuff out of Notepad into the overrides box.

Save. All done! :D The three images are uploaded to imageshack, so you can just copy/paste the overrides without bothering to upload the images to your own space. I'm not fussed about credit if you're hugely morally opposed to crediting, it's just stuff I would have made for myself anyway and thought I'd share if anybody wants it. Let me know if there are any problems with anything, duff links or whatever. I think it's okay. Enjoy!
