Title: Painting The Bars On The Cage
Rating: mild R towards the end
Fandom: Surrealissimo
Pairing: Rosey/Bauer
Summary: Rosey feels limited by the restrictions of the canvas
Author's note: I spent the afternoon researching the history of abstract art and Dadaism for an entirely unrelated writing project. While reading about Piet Mondrian's work with composition and form, I was struck with this bizarre feeling of sadness at the thought of even surrealists being bound by rectangular canvases. Then I realised I was being a pretentious twat and wrote some slash instead.
( Painting The Bars On The Cage )
ETA: A couple of pics I found lurking on my laptop, for anyone who hasn't yet seen 'Surrealissimo'.
