Author’s Notes: This sort’ve evolved from my struggle with writer’s block/depression, it’s been kicking around my computer for months while I added and chopped bits from it, until I finally figured “what the hey” and decided to be done with it. The character’s views on self-harm are not mine, it was just how I thought they might approach it. No offense is meant.  All in all I think this is one of the talkiest things I’ve ever written, I just think it’s really sweet, the idea of Jones verbally slapping some sense into Dan.
