Author Notes: This is a (late) birthday gift fic for evil_kingdom who wanted Dan just after his accident and clingy Jones having to take care of him. It was also heavily inspired by ftw302 ’s most recent Dan/Jones featuring post-accident!Dan and helpful!Jones :) Also, a big thank you to saintli for helping me out with the title of this fic. And another huge thank you to all the lovely ladies on my flist and twitter – for holding my hand and sharing ideas and for just putting up with my whiney, frustrated tweets. A few extra warnings: Any mistakes are completely my own fault (but do keep in my mind this was finished, edited and proof-read between 2-4 am) and I know I don’t do ‘serious’ very well, so I tried to keep this as light as I could and hopefully I didn’t do too horrible a job on the ending >_<
