I was just stalking YouTube (yes I'm a bit bored) and came across this interview from the GQ awards, this seems to be a full interview rather than an edited one I'd seen before - but sorry if this has actually already been previously posted! There is an extremely cute moment that made me squee like a fan girl so felt the need to share!

Someone on Youtube commented on how Julian is acting like Noel's dad- blimey, that ain't so far from the truth, is it?! He's settling into a 'daddy' mode ;-)

I only noticed on watching it again that when they pan down Julian's outfit, it appears Julian is carrying Noel's goody bag as well as his own. How very gentlemanly. ;)

Actually, this reminds me of a silly story. I have a friend who workes in the media. She remembers an event early-ish on in the Boosh's celebrity that she was working on, when she found Julian skulking near the goodie areas, a little unsure of what to do. She took him in hand (she's a lady who can be very firm about such matters) and taught him well in how to get the best bits from the hand-out tents! She remembers a very polite, quite diffident man who was on a sort-of mission to find pretty things for friends and family.
"Good man," quoth my mate, and showed him how to pack things down tightly to get the most of the free pretties. I hope he remembers her advice- looks like he's still workin' those freebies! ;-)

Aw bless him, he does strike me as the type of man who would pack his goody bag in a methodical manner, then give all his freebies away. WHilst I bet Noel just throws anything in - unless Julian does his goody bag for him too. :D
