... I would like to read some :D Can you rec me Dee/Sue smut, oh pretty please? If there is any to be had, I mean.
If it's not okay for me to ask this here, feel free to delete- I just figured that since they're technically in the Boosh then I might find some RID slash here. Dee/Noel or Dee/Sue/Noel would be okay as well, because let's face it, Noel Fielding is a fine, fine lady.
Thanks for your help! xxx<3
I got a job at a pet shop today (a Devon branch of Pets at Home) and this is my uniform:

(None of those people are me :P)

Date: 2008-08-29 10:55 pm (UTC)Every American I talk to says they wanna leave. I don't understand it! You have everything in America, it's like a magical wonderland of inspiration and joy. You have alligators and you have wolves, for chrissakes. In the SAME COUNTRY!
I'd be planning to live in the US, if I didn't want to live in Japan more.
P.s: JOHN SIMM.

Date: 2008-08-29 11:01 pm (UTC)A magical wonderland of inspiration and joy? Yeah right. It's... conservatism and unnecessary patriotism and... ick. I hate what America is to the rest of the world; I don't want to be associated with images of ignorance and warmongering and McDonald's. I dunno. Not to say that there aren't good places in the States as well, but overall... But then, I expect, a part of that is the whole 'grass is always greener on the other side of the fence' thing. And as for alligators and wolves? That would be remarkable if the US was the size of England, except that it's massive, so there's lots of different climates within the borders of the country.

Date: 2008-08-29 11:08 pm (UTC)Over here we spend a lot of the time making bitchy jokes about the Americans, but our country isn't any better off than yours atm and at least you've got Disneyland...

Date: 2008-08-29 11:15 pm (UTC)Disneyland? Oh, and isn't that a lark? Overpriced and actually not all that entertaining. *ahem* Sorry. I get kind of bitter in re. America. And I mean, I know the whole world's pretty much fucked over except Norway and the Netherlands, but I'd rather not live in this particular fucked-over place.

Date: 2008-08-29 11:26 pm (UTC)I kind of get where you're coming from. I used to feel like that about Britain when Tony Blair was screwing everything up and being a general bitch. Being British has grown on me since then, though, even if it's extremely embarassing at times... Like, did you see Boris Johnson waving the flag at the closing ceremony of the Olympics? He's a lovable blond berk who lopes around and makes a fool of himself whenever he possibly can (and not only failed to wave the flag properly, but wore his suit undone and put his hands in his pockets, offending most of China). He's the mayor of London. We elected him because for a while he was on this satirical panel show called Have I Got News For You, and he was really funny.
Did you see the Closing Ceremony? With exploding bus that turned into a hedge? Jesus Christ.
But still, I love my country ^-^ There's something about it's crapness that makes it special, like a child with one arm trying to wash the dishes.

Date: 2008-08-29 11:45 pm (UTC)I didn't actually get to see it; I was quite busy with work this summer, and then getting ready to head off to uni- packing up and such. Though... an exploding bus that turned into a hedge? That is utterly mad. And kind of brilliant.
